Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data Tito Teaches uses, what for, and what your rights are under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13.709/2018) and any privacy laws that apply where you live. 1. What data we use

When you buy: name, email, ID or tax number when required, phone and payment data. You enter them at the Cakto checkout, not on this site. Card data stays only with Cakto and the payment processors. We have no access to it.
In the members area: your login email and your progress in the lessons.
When you contact us: what you send by email or Instagram message, such as your name, @, message and, for businesses, the product link.
When you visit the site: this site has no forms or tracking cookies. We count visits anonymously (page, referring site, country, phone or computer and clicks on the buy buttons), without storing your IP or anything that identifies you. The hosting provider and Google Fonts receive technical visit data, such as your IP address and browser, to deliver the page.

2. What we use it for

Delivering the product you bought and granting access. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
Answering questions, refund requests and messages. Legal basis: performance of a contract and legitimate interest.
Telling you about updates to the product you bought. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
Sending news and offers, only if you authorize it. You can cancel at any time. Legal basis: consent.
Meeting tax and legal obligations, such as issuing invoices and keeping sales records. Legal basis: legal obligation.

We do not sell or rent your data.

3. Who we share it with

Cakto: checkout, payment and members area.
Site hosting (Cloudflare) and Google Fonts: so the page can load.
Google (Gmail) and Meta (Instagram): when you contact us through those channels.
Authorities: when the law requires it.

We are based in Brazil, so your data is processed there. Some of these companies store data in other countries, following their own privacy policies and the LGPD rules on international transfers.

4. How long we keep it

Purchase data is kept while your access is active and, after that, for the period the law requires for tax and consumer records (generally 5 years). Messages are kept as long as needed to help you. After these periods, the data is deleted.

5. Your rights

You may ask at any time for:

confirmation that we use your data, and a copy of it;
correction of wrong or outdated data;
us to stop sending news and offers;
deletion of your data, except what the law requires us to keep;
information about who we share your data with.

To do so, email titoensinando@gmail.com. We reply within 15 days. You can also complain to Brazil's National Data Protection Authority (ANPD) or to the privacy authority in your country.

6. Security

We use platforms with secure connections (HTTPS) and limit access to data to those who need it to help you.

7. Minors

The products are sold to people aged 18 or over. Minors may only buy with the authorization of their parent or guardian.

8. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated. The date at the top shows the latest version.
