This site sells digital products (e-book, skills and Tito Kit) and the business video service of the Tito Teaches brand, part of Tito Ensina (Brazil). Responsible party: Dennis Ken De Paula Rodrigues, Brazilian taxpayer ID (CPF) 198.405.627-11. Contact: titoensinando@gmail.com.

1. Acceptance

By buying or using any Tito Teaches product, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not make the purchase.

2. The products

• Method E-book: written material in digital format.
• Skills: instruction files and tools for use in Claude Code, with a written manual. Video lessons are not included.
• Tito Kit: everything in the e-book and the skills, plus the 3D kit (character, scenes and objects), video lessons and kit updates.

What each plan includes is described on the sales page at the time of purchase.

3. What is not included

• The Claude subscription (Anthropic), required to use the skills and the kit. It is paid directly to Anthropic, from US$ 20 per month, and follows Anthropic's rules and prices.
• A computer, internet access and social media accounts.
• One-on-one support calls. Questions are answered in writing, by email or through the channel shown in the members area.
• Posting videos or managing accounts for you.

4. Access

Payment and delivery are handled by the Cakto platform. Access is sent to the email used for the purchase as soon as the payment is approved; the time depends on the payment method. Access to the files and lessons lasts as long as the product is offered, and for at least 12 months from purchase. Tito Kit updates last for the same period.

5. License

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use the material and create your own videos. The videos you make with the method are yours, including to monetize.

You may not resell, share, publish or distribute the material (files, lessons, e-book, skills or 3D kit), in whole or in part, or share your access with other people. If this happens, access may be canceled without a refund, and you remain liable as provided by law.

6. Guarantee and refunds

You have 7 calendar days from purchase to ask for a refund, for any reason. Requests are made through Cakto or by email to titoensinando@gmail.com. The money goes back through the same payment method, within the time frames of Cakto and of your bank or card. After the refund, access ends.

7. Results

The method teaches you to produce videos. Views, followers and earnings depend on your work, on the topics you choose and on the rules of each social network, which change often. For that reason, we make no promises about views or revenue.

8. Responsible use

You are responsible for the videos you publish: for the facts presented, for the copyright of any third-party material you include and for following the rules of each platform (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram) and of the AI tools you use.

9. Business video

• Includes one video of up to 80 seconds about your product or service, with versions in English, Spanish and Portuguese, for the price shown on the page.
• The 7-day deadline starts when the script is approved and the payment is confirmed.
• Up to 2 rounds of changes to the script and up to 2 rounds to the video are included. Further changes, or changes of scope, are quoted separately.
• After payment, you may use the video freely, including in ads. Tito Teaches may show it as a work sample unless you ask otherwise.
• The company hiring the service is responsible for the information about its product.

10. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated. The date at the top shows the latest version. Your purchase follows the terms in force on the day it was made.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. This does not remove any mandatory consumer rights you have under the laws of the country where you live.
